Everything was nice the beds were comfy the staff was very helpful and I loved the breakfast here very well set up.
Although it's under renovations, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Only issue I've found is if my co-worker had been with me,the TV in the room has a closet kind of blocking the view. The girl at front desk was very courteous and helpful. Definitely will stay again when I'm in Jacksonville.
The front desk staff is always so accommodating and helpful. Particularly Sanvi and Tammie. They give the best recommendations for local cuisine, and activities in the area. The indoor pool was also a highlight of our stay and the breakfast was very well seasoned. Enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back.
I was honestly expecting a lot less from this hotel given the area, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and overall it felt safe and well-kept. The front desk lady was very nice and made check-in easy. It’s not fancy, but it definitely exceeded my expectations for the price and location. Would stay here again.
This hotel is very clean and recently renovated. We really enjoyed staying in the newly updated room. My kids loved the swimming pool and the hot breakfast. The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if we pass by in the future.

I had a gray stay. GREAT breakfast, hot options!!! Great fitness center. Open 24hr. They even have a lil back extension set up. Pairs of Dumbells up to 50#s. Nice looking pool, wasn’t open yet when I peeked in. Pool is 9am to 10pm i think? Beds are kinda firm but they have options on their pillows in the room - the pillow covers either say “firm” or “soft” and I loved that! I don’t have any complaints. My boyfriend was disappointed that the housekeeping doesn’t seem to communicate with the front desk and just knocks on every door starting relatively early. It was a nice hotel. Area seemed good too.
